Supportive, efficient & helpful

They have been very understanding of my specific needs/challenges due to my disabilities. They are extremely patient & offer great advice. Working with them has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Understanding & helpful

I was referred to payplan after my debts had got out of hand & I was suffering severe anxiety with it. PayPal were very understanding & reassuring they helped me get everything sorted out and now I just have to make 1 monthly payment to them & they deal with all my debts. They have been accommodating with my communication needs too. Would definitely recommend them. Reviewed on: 24th August 2021
