Absolute Lifesavers

I had been unfortunate enough to join a ‘so called free government scheme’ they were taking money from me every month and increasing my fees without me being aware which in turn lead to heartbreaking circumstances. When I first approached Payplan, I was scared, embarrassed and at my lowest moment. Their first point of calls were amazing, understating and extremely compassionate and helpful. They became a life line when we were at our lowest. Payplan and their staff have provided an outstanding service, and at such a scary and uncertain time have provided faith, kindness, hope and understanding when people are at their lowest. I can’t thank you enough as an organisation. As a company, you have gone above and beyond and in turn saved many lives along the way. For your staff that i have been Fortunate to cross paths with.
