Excellent support - changed my life

In 2007 I was overwhelmed and in debt and contacted all my creditors . The months of stress that followed included calls all time of the day and night - interest being added to my debts and the stress was unbelievable . I found PayPlan spoke to them and outlined my desire are situation - they were calm did not judge and worked with me offering a debt management plan and dealt with all my creditors . They worked out an affordable repayment plan , managed to stop interest being added to the debt and all the calls and letters were dealt with by Payplan case officers . They took note of change of circumstances and kept me informed at all times . I then discussed the possibility of an IVA and this was agreed in 2017 . Again support from case officers was exemplary- this year I had health problems and difficulties keeping my employment . I was so stressed and didn’t know what to do - a variation meeting was arranged and to my great relief a full and final settlement was agreed in August. After 14 years I will be debt free and without the support and guidance of Payplan case officers I don’t think I would be alive today as the pressures and stress of debt and trying to cope alone would have destroyed me .
