Exemplary Customer Service

In my humble opinion PPCU deserves to be recognised and rewarded for the timely and helpful customer service provided. The team have consistently responded to all enquiries in a helpful manner on the same day the enquiry was made. On one occasion that my enquiry could not be addressed on the same day, the team managed my expectations by clearly explaining the requirements and actions needed to address the issue.
