Could improve

My experience with Creditfix isn't a glowing one, as they could improve alot, I have asked for payment break, still not heard back, told them that were moving, but still insist on increasing our payments. I don't think that is very good customer relations nor do they listen to the clients worries about upping payments when there already struggling. Lots if improvements needed, I for one wish I never went with them in the first place. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021
