Review of the Lifetime Pet Cover, Pet Insurance:

Great telephone contact. Better then online experience.

I am a new owner of my brothers trained gun dog. (Sadly, passed due to Covid 19) He had used Lifetime pet cover so I thought, why not! He was an experienced owner of many dogs. So I tried other online quotes but the amounts varied wildly. A really helpful telephone call helped me get the cover sorted. Price was competitive with other insurance companies and she helped me navigate the questions with ease. I felt the online quote experience of many companies feels machine driven and not knowing exactly what box to tick I was lost but needed cover ASAP. For me the human contact was important (due to bereavement) and having someone explain exactly what I was covered for, invaluable. It's been a learning curve just owning the dog - getting chip re registered (Nightmare!) and moving his vet registration to a local vet. Getting the Lifetime cover was painless and I can't recommend them enough. They deserve to be recognised. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021
