Friendly, professional and blooming lovely

Every time I go in for any reason, staff are always prompt in dealing with queries and helping me access services. Office is exceptionally friendly and accessible and staff seem well versed in accessibility for all. Always recommend SCU to people who want to save! Reviewed on: 22nd May 2024

Easy to use

Sheffield Credit Union has been a landmark in my savings history. I know I can deposit money there and get access to it within a reasonable timeframe; this helps me plan my saving as well as knowing that when I intend to withdraw money it is done beneficially. The staff have been incredibly helpful, especially with a regard to anxiety; helping me reset passwords and contacting the office. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021
