Professional, courteous and knowledgeable

I initially started of on a DMP with back 2 credit after my application for an IVA was declined by a majority, I cannot fault back 2 credit at the staff member who dealt with my case Dalbir was extremely helpful and kind and explained all the process and helped me when we had difficult months financially. I am now on a IVA with another company after getting it approved and I would recommend anyone to back 2 credit if they are ever turned down for IVA as the process is made so easy by them give you a quick get all details and then you relax and they deal with everything else all the admin and chasing of creditors and stopping recovery action and requesting the freezing of interest.
