Very Helpful and Friendly Service

ByMiles customer service is very friendly and helpful whenever I have run into any difficulties, such as once when the tracker no longer worked. A replacement came very promptly with an envelope to return the defective tracker. Their response has been similar at other times when I have needed help. I very much like that I only have to pay a lowish flat premium and for monthly journey's, with no charge if I only have very short journeys in the month. It is very economical compared to off the peg policies where I have to pay a large premium no matter how much or little I use my car. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Good Vaue and Fair

I don't use my car as much as many people. It is good that my insurance with Miles and More takes that into account. It means that on top of a basic annual premium I only pay when I am out on the road and "at risk" there. On top of that whenever I have had problems, such as when my tracker stopped working, or had other concerns I have always had a very friendly and helpful response.
