Review of the Staysure, Travel insurance:

Hospitalized in Turkey

I arrived in Dalyan for annual holiday and presented with sepsis, which had been misdiagnosed twice in UK, once with a GP and then a general Hospital A&E department. When my hotelier had taken me to Ortaca hospital, I was told I could lose my leg or die in three days, which did have a way of concentrating my thoughts, However, the medicos cracked the antibiotics code and I was discharged the following weekend. All the while I was bed bound, I worried about my wife alone in our hotel, hospital fees, etc etc all totally unnecessarily as one phone call to Staysure took all that stress away and they dealt with all the hospital admin and expenditure and I simply had nothing to worry about, all with one phone call. Now, THATS travel insurance. I would recommend Staysure to any traveller for peace of mind and professionalism. Ian Swindale Reviewed on: 5th September 2021
