Review of the Endsleigh, Landlord Insurance:

long call queues, then drop, no help when you need them

I had landlords insurance with Endsleigh for several years and I never made any claim. Then I had some repairs at home, so called them. 4 calls, each 40 minutes on the line, and then all calls were disconnected when I was put on hold so agent could check something. Then they advise that I should call Legal & General directly for claims. They dont care that I have bought the insurance from Endsleigh. When Legal & General could not find my policy in their records, they passed me back to Endsleigh. Then Endsleigh finds my policy, but refuses to directly send it to Legal & General...they tell me to call Legal & General again (which means long times on the line), and tell them to send an email to Endsleigh to receive copy of my policy!!! Really no respect to the customer serivce. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
