Review of the Endsleigh, Landlord Insurance:

I found Endsleigh website easy enough to use when purchasing my LL insurance policies. I then had to cancel one of the policies as we sold the property. Spoke to a very friendly agent to arrange the refund. However it was the spurious "charges" when cancelling that bemused me. Everything is electronic these days so not sure how they can be justified. However what there was left of the premium was refunded within days as promised. Well done Endsleigh. I'm giving 4 stars as so far I've never had to claim. That is the acid test for me so I will only ever rate 5 stars if / when I make a claim, the claim is processed quickly and I don't get penalised at renewal time!! Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
