Incredible customer service

I have been with Lifetime Pet Cover for over a year now, having switched from Pet Plan and I couldn't be happier! It is such a nice, refreshing change to be treated as a loving pet owner rather than just another number. Their customer service is second to none and I have no doubts that if I did need to put a claim in, this would be dealt with the same amount of genuine care that they have shown me and Reggie (my black lab) so far. Best pet insurance yet

Service has been outstanding from start to finish in comparison with previous dealings with other insurers. I would now not choose to go with anyone else and would definitely recommend to anyone I knew who was looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2017
