Con artists

My wife has been suffering hip pain and requested consultation to investigate. Vitality have refused, claiming the condition is pre-existing. This is untrue. We have obtained a GP letter to confirm the issue is new but they still refuse to support. Happy to take the premium but won't provide the service we are paying for. Totally fraudulent. Do not buy!
