Total ridiculous behaviour from staff

Treated Inhumane by the staff and wont even accept my official complaint, we have been throught the right procedure and all we got back was an email saying its zeniths fault not ours, contact zenith. were not liable. Absolutely horrendous. If you google bedford insurance complaints it says it all, loads of forum talking about bad service etc..... Reviewed on: 31st August 2017
