Customer service is superb at Saga.

Customer service is superb at Saga. Once through to an assistant they are remarkably helpful. Polite, funny but also incredibly efficient. I hate online forums and one of the reasons i use Saga is the ability to phone and speak to a real person. The phone answering system could be faster (they are often sorry but extremely busy- so maybe hire more operators) but once through you’re golden. Very patient with techno dinosaurs like me which I find pleasant! Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

Very easy to set up and so far so good!

Easy to set up - straight forward- haven’t had to claim yet and that’s probably the real proof of the pudding! Very easy to get in contact with- and real people for the most part!! Only downside for me was not being able to insure my daughter as an extra driver. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021
