Professional and friendly, easy claim process.

Whenever I have needed to make a claim they have been processed quickly and efficiently. On the one occasion I needed some help, the person I spoke with was very helpful being both professional and friendly. Their new(ish) portal is easy to use. If I need to make a claim I just give my vet our policy number and they do everything on their vet portal. They were very kind and sympathetic when my 2 previous cats passed away and I had to cancel their policies. We have now adopted a rescue cat and have insured her with them.
