User friendly app for all generations.

The customer service isn’t always instant if I’ve had a question. But has always been resolved to my satisfaction. The actual app is user friendly, I’m of an older generation so not that tech savvy but I have found it easy to use. I really like the round up & 1% interest in my current account. I also have it set up as my Apple Pay account a this has worked well with shopping online. I have recommended Chase bank account to a lot of friends & family already. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Always great service, how refreshing that has been!

Prompt help when I recently had a no fault claim, I have a multicar policy & easy to use online to add named drivers. Excellent value when compared with other companies. And amazingly I received a refund because covid pandemic meant less use of our cars (although as a key worker I still had to use mine) I can’t fault Admiral on my experience in the last 5 years Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
