Not much support when injured in accident not my fault.

Slow to act. Ignore the immense anxiety being injured and losing job has meant. No action on initial physio recommended due to other driver making false statement. Four months after assessing consultant request MRI scan still not been contacted to arrange. Even told that assessing psychologist recommendation for counselling just means I’m told to go to GP. Have struggled since accident which is not what is promised when looking for who to insure with. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
