My Experience

Admiral was the best quote for me as I'd missed out on a couple of years not driving and had lost all my no claims, so insurance was Very High! But not with Admiral Car insurance, so the customer experience was Very helpful at the time. I do however find it difficult to understand my cover policy, although I can find it, it tells me very little especially as I have recently upgraded to cover breakdown abroad. It doesn't tell me anything, cover for if I need to stay a night or if I'll get taken back to my orriganal destination as in the U. K.? And lots of other important info. This would be great if you could fix this and improve this part of your insurance policy online, other wise it is very confusing to the customer? I do intend to return to you after my cover runs out, especially if I have another fantastic quote. Many Thanks. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
