Happy to renew!

Renewing insurance of any kind is never an enjoyable experience but it can be efficient and easy to understand. After receiving notification that our home insurance was due for renewal all it took was one phone call to discuss a couple of updates to my personal details and the policy was paid for and confirmed. Very helpful customer service, no long phone calls on hold and everything confirmed via email within minutes of completing the renewal. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 4th September 2017
