One Call does exactly what it says, no fuss and bother

Everything that I needed was provided. If One Call felt I would benefit by an upgrade, they informed me, but no pressure to do so if I didn't want to. I did take extra cover on breakdown as this was cheaper than RAC for exactly the same cover. They also were able to include my NCB from RAC, my previous insurers without any fuss and bother.
