Honest, reliable and efficient service

Most industries customer service has suffered because of covid-19. It was easy to contact and speak to a person as opposed to automated service, which as we know is frustrating. Admiral are in the lead and top of their game as market leaders for insurance. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable patient and made me feel a valued customer. Admiral dealt with my motor incident quickly and efficiently, keeping me updated throughout. I was so impressed with Admiral that when it came to renewal I had no hesitation in renewing my motor insurance policy. I will also consider Admiral with for home insurance when it is due for renewal. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021
