I was not supplied with a courtesy car immediately after a crash

I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours before I would get a courtesy car. As I live in the countryside I have no way of getting anywhere without a car. I and my partner are both pensioners without nearby family, so I’m very disappointed. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021
