Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Very good value and excellent service

Every year when my policy, multi car until just this year, I run through the comparison websites and challenge Admiral to price match the cheapest comparable company. For the last 7 years they have done just that. I am keen to stay with Admiral if the price is right due to one simple event. My wife's car was in for repairs and, under the policy, should have had a loan car. The repair company simply stated they had no cars available for the 4 days repairs would take. I called Admiral from work and asked if this was standard. The callhandler asked where i was working, if I needed the loan car delivered to me and when did I finish work. In just over an hour a loan car was delivered by transporter with the same callhandler co-ordinating my collection. This has stuck with me for the last 5 years. Personal responsibility for the calls they take and a genuinework ethic. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021
