A responsive insurance company

Twice this year I have been in touch with one call insurance. Once to renew and once to update policy. Both times have been via the web chat. This is the way forward for insurance and both my experiences have been very positive. The two operators I have had have been extremely responsive and knowledgeable. There was no wasting of my time through both times, I felt I was dealt with professionally and politely. Actions speak louder than words and after each cal I could view my renewal and my update I requested. I have remained with one call for several years now and not just for price.
