used to be good

Have used onecall for a number of years, however this year had a bad experience with their admin operations. 8 errors on the documents for insurance! all dates were from previous years making the policy invalid. attempts at trying to sort it were truly exhausting. cant speak to anyone on the phone. online chat girl was borderline rude and unhelpful and although I got most of the errors corrected EVENTUALLY after around 1hr online, I still received documents with an error on the date. Word to the wise - check your documents thoroughly!! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
