Excellent customer service

Thankfully I’ve never had to use my pet insurance, but any time I have had a query I’ve always been given a prompt answer and the staff have always been willing to go above and beyond to help. Their policies are also fairly priced so you always know you’re getting the best value for money. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
