Excellent

I have been a customer for over. 3 years. My dog has a heart condition, and has to be seen by a vet every three months. I have unfailingly found the BBM team to be courteous, helpful and efficient. They keep me informed about the progress of my claim, make payments without fuss. Having talked and compared with other dog owners, their policies, especially for older dogs like mine, are very good.
