So impressed with all aspects of Bought By Many

Bought By Many have been simply amazing over the past year and have given me so much peace of mind. Not only has it been easy to make the 3 claims for different cancers in my dog, but payment has been quick and I have been kept informed at every stage. Any time I have called rather than just using the simple on- line system, the people at the end of the phone have been kind and professional. I also benefited from their enlightened views on pre-existing conditions. My girl had had cancer when she was younger and I was with another insurer, but because it was more than 2 years before this claim, Bought By Many paid! Finally, I was absolutely dreading my renewal this month, as I have claimed a lot this year and my girlie is now over 11. When I opened the renewal notification I actually cried when I saw an increase of only £14 a month. This means I can continue to afford to insure my beloved dog, which in turn means I have the peace of mind that she will be covered in her final part of life. I feel like a weight has been lifted. I was skeptical that a company offering competitive premiums would actually be any good. Now, I’m so grateful I made the change. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
