Great insurance, efficient and friendly

This is my second year with One Call, and reassured by the initial set up and now the renewal: I did the latter by online chat, negotiated, agreed a price reduction, same terms, and renewed in one go - all the documentation quickly available from the One Call web page, no problems. This is the best interaction I have had over the years with any of a variety of insurers, so looks like a long term relationship! Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

One stop quick and efficient friendly service.

Excellent, I've stayed with One Call for a few years now - unusual for me - simply because they fulfill much of what others simply do not. Friendly, quick and efficient for contacting, able to make decisions [I do not auto-renew], and a comprehensive insurance cover to boot that passes comparison with other companies. I just need to persuade them to cover SCUBA diving and all my insurance will be in one place! For the present, it is One Call for me! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
