Customer Service; Excellent, efficient, professional, friendly, polite, provide clarity to the policy and every interaction has been very positives. Pricing; Very competitive, low excess, comprehensive -the policy has so many additional benefits unique to my needs like cover for high value single items. Incredible Customer Service and Value

I’ve had home insurance for over 20 years through many providers but none have been as great as One Call. I’ve been with One Call for several years now because of three main reasons; Excellent customer service, thorough, comprehensive cover and value for money. Their exceptional customer service was highlighted to me during the Covid 19 pandemic. As someone who suffers from severe mental and physical health problems, this was already a very difficult time. Managing my health, being a parent and being at high risk of hospitalisation was causing me a great deal of stress. Needless to say, I couldn’t take anything else otherwise I would have been totally overwhelmed. However, due to an accident, I had to make a claim for a an item of great sentimental and relative monetary value. The loss of this item was devastating. Honestly, when calling One Call to make a claim I expected the process to be slow from the call waiting times, making the claim, time to process it and then payout, largely due to the working restrictions caused by Covid. I couldn’t be more wrong. When I made the call I spoke almost immediately with an incredibly polite, friendly, caring and professional claim handler. She was absolutely brilliant. She was able to empathise not only with my claim, but my living situation and health. It was such a relief to get someone like this. Aside from her high standards of customer service, I was absolutely astounded at how quick and easy it was to get the claim resolved. From the moment I registered the claim, uploaded the photos, quotes and other details, the whole process was taken care of within 48 hours! I couldn’t believe it, especially at the height of a the pandemic!! I received money in my account within this time allowing me to replace this much cherished item. Throughout the whole process, the claim handler was there to guide me through making sure I submitted what was needed but crucially trying to take the pressure and stress off of me. This experience was why I continue several years on to stay with One Call. I have made claims both home and motor in the past with other larger, more well known companies but the process was at best adequate and at worst awful. For me, the insurance companies ability to manage the stress is my number one priority. In this area, One Call excels. One Call also offer the most comprehensive insurance cover in terms of value for money. Everything that I need is covered from high value items, accidental damage, emergency plumbing, freezer losses and all at a low premium. What more, the excess is very low in the event of a claim. When building the policy, each year One Call ensure that all my needs are met whilst done in a way where you don’t feel additional costs are being forced upon you. At each renewal I’m able to discuss what each part of my cover means, any changes and I feel reassured everything I need to be covered has been and explained to me. Overall, I cannot rate One Call highly enough. They have been there for me at my lowest point and delivered exceptional customer service and provided swift resolutions. Yes, premiums may increase on all insurances each year and I do still shop around come renewal time, but when it comes down to it I still chose One Call as they have proven themselves to be all that I need and want from a home contents insurer, a company which I can depend upon for the protection of all that is important to me, my home. Excellent home insurance

I’ve had many home insurance providers over the years but I’d never heard of One Call until 2019. I took out my policy with them based on the great customer reviews, excellent level of cover, low excess and incredible value for money. Having made a claim with One Call I can honestly say what was a stressful time was made easier by the excellent customer service. My claim was dealt with professionally, efficiently and the agent was very friendly and empathised with my situation. The whole process was really straightforward and took little time to complete. I was so surprised that my claim was paid out within 48 hours! Without doubt, One Call are the best provider of home insurance I have dealt with in years. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
