Professional and user friendly

BBM have been so incredibly efficient throughout my dog’s illnesses. When you’re having to make a claim, it can be a very stressful time because of course your priority is your pet. The fact that you can put in your claim so easily online is enormously helpful. Within minutes you get a response via text to say that BBM have received your claim. You were then kept updated until a decision is made. This is without doubt the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. My beautiful Bernese mountain dog has unfortunately developed a chronic condition and it is really important to me that I know that I can trust BBM to fund the treatment that he needs.
