Thoughtful, helpful, efficient

Having a dachshund that suddenly got IVDD was scary enough on it own as well as having to deal with the process of diagnosis, surgery, physio, hydro and months of recovery, BBM made life so stress free and paid every single invoice I uploaded within in 48 hours, they worked directly with our neurosurgeon and specialist vet and all of this meant I could concentrate fully on his recovery - we advise people strongly to use and even swap their insurance to BBM - literally in failtable - thank you so very much.
