I have had reason to use my insurance on two occasions . Both times the team have been excellent . They are friendly and caring which is important when you’ve been through an emotional experience with your beloved pet . The claim was acted on as quickly as possible only being delayed by my vet responding slowly . I had regular updates which were appreciated . I have already recommended this company to friends .
