Reassuring!

At first when I started my policy I found going over my documents a challenge as I am dyslexic. I had a missed call that I didn’t recognise and when I rang it back it was them. The man said it was a courtesy call to see how I am and if everything was ok. I couldn’t believe that they did that as I’ve never had that with any car insurance before. He was so nice on the phone and I went over that I didn’t understand different things and that I am dyslexic. He was so patient and reassured me that I had set everything up right. I left the conversation feeling so happy and confident that I had set things up ok. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting insurance. Thank you so much. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021
