Flawless Customer Service

Flawless customer service

Spoke to a really lovely and helpful lady called Tay who was so helpful. She spelled out all the policies and terms and conditions so clearly for me. The whole insurance side of things scares me a bit and I don't always understand everything, but Tay helped me out and made it sound very simple and clear for me.
