I’ve submitted numerous claims of varying amounts over several years and not once have Bought By Many quabbled let alone refused to make payment. I recently submitted a claim, and only a week later my cat required further treatment. BBM saw that he had received further treatment after submission of my claim from the vet’s notes and automatically reimbursed me for the second treatment, despite it not being included in my initial claim. This meant I didn’t have to spend time submitting a second claim and BBM didn’t have to spend time reviewing a second claim, when they already had all the evidence required.
