Outstanding Service & Understanding Excellent Customer Service

When we got our puppy Rottie Hansen in Sept 2018, everything was great. HAd him insured etc, but then a few months down the road, we discovered he had a Gastric Intestinal problem which we cannot fault BBM for their understanding, help, advice, comfort in what has been some difficult times. They have been so helpful and understanding. Unfortunately we won't have our big lad very much longer as he has recently been diagnosed with Cancer and with this blow, BBM took away that worry of having to deal with payments, information of treatment etc. Thank you BBM for everything you have done for us as we've had a few claims!!
