Lightened the load

I unfortunately had to use my insurance from bbm last year when my cat got run over and wasn't expected to survive. It was a very stressful time but I have to say that the insurance side was definitely the least stressful part. I spoke on the phone to staff who were so helpful and friendly and spoke through everything with me and put me at ease about the process. The online appeal also was so easy to navigate and complete, and the communication was good. Bbm made a difficult situation a bit better. Can't recommend them enough to friends and family!
