Good customer service. Claim dealt with quickly.

I have had 2 claims for my 2 dogs dealt with quickly with no hassle & money refunded to my account. Chester had eaten chocolate & had to be taken to out of hours emergency vet. Claim was settled within 20 days. My other dog teddy had to have lumps removed & sent for tests , while under anaesthetic he also had his teeth descaled. No quibble at all & money refunded quickly.
