Excellent customer service

A couple of years ago I was involved in an accident which resulted in my car being written off and medical treatment for me for an existing problem which was aggravated by the crash. One Call were brilliant all the way from the initial phone call to the settlement of the claim. Their customer service was and is second to non in all my experience of car insurance.
