Terrible service and do not care

Really shouldn’t go to far into it as I would write a huge essay, but no support in branch, phone is terrible they just want to tell you wrong information and get you off the phone so it’s someone else’s problem. Was left 4 weeks without a business account as they did the switching service but then didn’t give me a pin. And then wouldn’t deal with me as I didn’t have a pin. Terrible missed so much work trying to sort it, so many other problems and no real way to complain or sort it. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Great company used a few years now. I skydive and gives me piece of mind knowing I’m covered if the worst were to happen. Cover was surprising cheap too Reviewed on: 16th September 2021
