My golden retriever Callum aged 14mths sustained an injury, which turned out be horrendous and very lucky not to have severed the main artery in his groin . This had been our dogs normal morning routine for over 35yrs.. It had to be a Saturday morning and as soon as we seen the extent of his injury contacted the vets as an emergency to take him in. I contacted our pet insurance company Bought by Many by phone, and can honestly say , the representative on the end of the line was fantastic. Please take a breath and stay calm Mrs Ogilvie. We will take care of any treatment Callum needs! And they did. Dealt with everything directly with the vets. Kept us up to date throughout with emails and took the stress and worry out of a truly traumatic situation. Callum recovered and exactly 9 weeks to the day went on and gained his first RCC at Borderunion Ch Sh. Fast forward to early this year. Again early morning walk in our woods and a Rotwiller decided he was going to have Callum for breakfast. Once again Bought by Many was on the end of the phone . Treatment was not a problem and all dealt with online and email. Have been with many pet insurance companies over the last 35yrs, but not one as straight forward ,reliable and hassle free to deal with as Bought by Many. Very great full Customer.
