My tiny little Biewer Terrier contracted Meningoencephalitis of unknown origin (MUO) and was very poorly. Having had to have an mri scan our first bill was approximately £2500. There was absoloutly no quibble about the money and it was paid immediately. Over nearly 2 years we have nearly lost her 3 times. Through forms of chemo steroids and other expensive drugs she is still with us and not once was there a quibble about the fees. They have been paid without question! The customer service is beyond exemption. The customer portal/claiming for things on line is fantastic. I have recommended them to many people who in turn have been impressed beyond belief at the competence of the company. I would never change from them as have heard many horror stories of other companies. However there is no need as I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had had or the service I have been given. 5 stars all the way!!! Reviewed on: 17th September 2021
