Cheap for young drivers

While the cost is low for young drivers, it is annoying that you need your phone to connect to the tag in the car. I was assured that even if I forgot my phone, or my battery ran out, that I would still be covered by the insurance, but on the occasions where this happened, it made me uneasy to drive.
