Compassionate and Professional

I needed to contact 'Bought By Many', when my precious Lhasa Apso suddenly developed a cyst, which in closer examination, the vet thought was actually a tumour. I was devastated. I can't praise the wonderful help I received from these fantastic insurers. They were caring, compassionate and so very helpful. They took over everything, so they were dealing directly with my vets, throughout his surgery and after care. Thankfully, it wasn't a tumour after all, and my gorgeous little boy is healthy and happy today. I was so glad I had gone with this company, as my little one is my life.
