Not insured by Comfort!

I once, and only, once had a policy with this company. I moved to another company after 12 months due to excessive hike in premium for 2nd year. According to their recent e-mail I still have insurance cover with them and they want me to review them. My policy ran out 10 years ago! They need some admin reviews carried out!
