Terrible service

Impossible to get them to talk to my local garage despite being told it was possible. It would cost them more money to have the job done with a dealership so they said they couldn't contact them, despite this being the major dealership for the entire South east. As the accident was my neighbours fault, I had a option to use there insurers. They sent out a person to look at the car and have booked in for a repair with VW. No pain, no hassle, no constant phone calls only to be told they weren't able to talk to a person from the garage. Will never use again, will pay a bit more and go with the PRU.
