Appalling

As my vehicle is now a year older than last year you have now decided not to insure us, we don't fully understand your reasoning for this as you accepted us last year, now my way of life which I have enjoyed for 12 years has to change, we have never made a claim against our insurance for the whole 12 years we have owned it, if we didn't "fulltime" you would cover us which we find even more bizarre, in that we could spend a solid 9 months travelling Europe but not 12 how very strange.
